Maths - I can understand time to the half an hour.
Moving on from yesterday’s Maths lesson, where the children in Year 1 looked at time to the hour and the vocabulary of ‘o’clock’, today, the children learnt about looking at time to the half past the hour.
We used the clocks to make different times and to ask our partners what time it was.
Miss Rand also set us a challenge of being the first person to tell her when the real classroom clock reached half past 10. Two girls won some dojo’s for the hyper vigilance.
