RE - authority

 In RE today, Year 1 started a new topic of authority. For the first lesson, we looked at authority: what it is, who has it and what it means to have it. 

Once we talked about what authority was, we looked at different people in our lives who can have authority. Everyone came up with some fantastic ideas. Have a look at some of the choices people made. 

The children then wrote their own definition for authority and then drew pictures of 4 people that have authority in their lives.
